Using Meetra
By using Meetra, you agree to use the service lawfully, keep account credentials secure, and ensure your users follow these terms.
You are responsible for the content, files, messages, and meeting activity created through your account.
Accounts and access
Cloudwave may suspend or restrict access where we detect abuse, security risk, non-payment, or use that may harm the service or other users.
You must provide accurate account and billing information and keep it up to date.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse Meetra, interfere with platform security, attempt unauthorised access, transmit malware, or use the service for unlawful, harmful, or deceptive activity.
You must obtain appropriate permissions before recording meetings or inviting participants.
Service changes
We may update features, limits, pricing, or availability to improve reliability, security, or product quality.
We aim to provide reasonable notice for material changes where practical.
Limitation of liability
Meetra is provided with reasonable care, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cloudwave is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the service.
